Tubes used in heat exchangers are manufactured in infinite varieties.There are all types of materials, from the simplest copper to esoteric titanium.They vary in length from less than one foot to over 50 feet.  the diameter and wall thickness are equally variable. Specific application of the heat exchanger dictates the tube design.

California Finned Tube Company (Cal-Fin) specializes in manufacturing high performance tubes for the heat exchanger industry.  We stock prime surface tubing in several alloys, wall thickness and diameters.  We can produce integral fin tubes from the following materials:

We specialize in the smaller orders for your heat exchangers with short deliveries.  A typical two hundred tube order is produced in a few days, not four weeks.  We can match most OEM replacement tubes or increase the surface area with rifle chill tube design.  Our finned tubes come in 19, 26 and 40 fins per inch.   We internally groove the ID and further enhance the OD of the tube.  Our company can fin tube diameters from 1/2" through 1" in alloys listed.  We also produce star insert tubes for the air conditioning industry.

All tubes are manufactured to ASME and Mil-T specifications where required.
